1. Processing
- Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing.
- We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- If you place your order after the cutoff times, we’ll process and ship the order the next business day.
- We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
2. Shipping
- Please allow 5-7 business days for product completion. Majority of Items are made FRESH to obtain authenticity and being different within our own brand.
- After product completion please allow one of the following:
- 1-3 Business days for Priority Mail
- 3-5 Business days for Retail Ground
- 1-2 Business or Overnight Guarantee from $26.35 (based on zip code)
- During checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date based on the shipping option you’ve selected.
